MARQUETTE — A standing-room-only crowd packed the Great Lakes Rooms at Northern Michigan University Thursday to hear how to keep their brains from being eaten during an impending zombie invasion.
Author Max Brooks delighted the audience with helpful tips and tricks for dealing with the undead — like finding the perfect weapon, how to stay hydrated and escaping to the wilderness. Early on he stressed how important it is to take the zombie threat seriously.
