NEGAUNEE — It was homecoming night in Negaunee Sunday, but not in the football season sense. Instead it was a homecoming for two Negaunee natives who are hoping to make a movie in the area in which they grew up.
Author/actor Ron Riekki and actor/musician Steven Wiig took to the stage at the Vista Theater Sunday to read from Riekki’s book, “U.P.,” to talk about the plans for a film adaptation of the book and to answer questions from the several hundred people assembled.
