YMCA yoga schedule set
The YMCA in Marquette has announced its schedule of yoga classes:
Beginner Yoga - 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesdays. Traditional styles of yoga from breathing to posture and a series of poses to restore the body to a more healthful state. Instructor: Bob Weissman.
Hooping and Yoga - 10:30-11:45 a.m. Thursdays. A low impact workout designed to help with weight loss and muscle definition. Thirty minutes of hooping work and 30 minutes of yoga. Instructor: Jayne Fons.
Basic Yoga - 6:30-7:30 p.m. Thursdays. This class focuses on traditional yoga postures and breathing. Instructor: Cyndi Souza.
Cardio Boxing, Step Aerobics and Yoga - 10:30-11:45 a.m. Fridays. Incorporates a non-contact aerobic workout with moves inspired by boxing, kickboxing and fitness stepping, concluding with traditional Yoga relaxation. Instructor: Joanne Wolford.
Lunchtime Express Yoga - 12:15-1 p.m. Fridays. A quick, easy workout offering flowing, energizing yoga. Instructor: Cyndi Souza
