NEGAUNEE - An agreement with Northern Michigan University is on the agenda for the Negaunee City Council meeting tonight.
The council meets at 7 p.m. in the Negaunee Senior Center.
The agreement centers around implementation of NMU's WIMAX network, which provides high-speed wireless internet.
The council is also expected to discuss a Safe Routes to School funding application to help make it safer for school-aged children to walk or ride a bicycle to school.
