In Week 8, Hickey's I drubbed Rumorz IV, 20-4; Jack's II whipped Paradise, 18-6; Jack's I dumped Jack's III, 17-7; and Rumorz III bounced Rumorz I, 18-6.

Also, Tilden Club clubbed Rumorz II, 17-7; Wonder Bar beat Hickey's II, 15-9; Casino tied Riverside, 12-12; and Wayside defeated Woody's, 15-9.

Mark Goyen of Hickey's I turned in a break & run.

In addition, Tony Pellonpaa of Hickey's I and Bob Carridina of Wonder Bar each posted an 8-ball break.

In Week 9 play, Rumorz III vanquisshed Jack's III, 20-4; Jack's II overcame Rumorz II, 19-5; Tilden Club whipped Rumorz I, 18-6; Wonder Bar dazed Wayside, 18-6; Hickey's I cashed out Casino, 17-7; Jack's I strolled by Riverside, 17-7; Hickey's II nipped Rumorz I, 13-11; and Woody's edged Rumorz IV, 13-11.

American Legion crushed Wonder Bar, 13-3; Jack's I drubbed Rumorz II, 13-3; and Jack's III dropped Rumorz I, 10-6.

Also, Rainbow Bar clubbed Casino Bar, 13-3; Paradise shaded Jack's II, 10-6; and Hickey's I played Hickey's II to an 8-all tie.

Negaunee Women's Pool League

Hard Rock whipped Pasquali's, 13-3; Chapper's beat Eagles, 10-6; Rod & Gun nipped Iron Inn, 9-6; and Barr's Bar edged Eagles II, 9-7.

Doni Hernandez of Hard Rock turned in a table run, while teammate Linda Lenten recorded an 8-ball break - both feats against Pasquali's.

N.C.M.P.L.

In week 10 results, Cascade II clubbed Hideaway, 12-3; Gwinn Inn downed Full Throttle II, 11-4; Happy Hour dumped CrossRoads Bar, 11-4; and Full Throttle sped past Gwinn Inn II, 11-4.

In addition, Cascade III doubled up Happy Hour II, 10-5; Cascade beat Hideaway II, 9-6; VFW II trimmed Legion II, 9-6; Angry Beaver felled VFW, 8-7; and Legion edged Angry Beaver II, 8-7.

Table runs were turned in by Mike Hakala, Dave Adams, Luke Elvetici and Kurt Swanson.

Dave Johnson recorded a victory by pocketing the 8-ball on a break.

Marquette Women's Pool

Remie's Roses defeated Bayou II, 6-3; Pat's Bar defeated Wooden Nickel, 6-3; Longshot II defeated Bayou I, 6-3; Remies defeated Fat Boyz, 6-3; Longshot I defeated Dry Dock, 6-3; and Third Base defeated Fat Boyz I, 5-3.

Marquette Men's Pool

Pat's I defeated Shaft II, 10-6; Pat's II defeated Fat Boyz, 10-6; Shaft I defeated Dry Dock, 11-5; Bayou Bar defeated Remies, 10-6; Longshot I defeated Wooden Nickel, 10-6; and 3rd Base Bar tied Longshot II, 8-8.

Dave Peano from Fat Boyz, Darryl Small from Pat's II and Aaron Manis from Third Base had table runs.
