MARQUETTE - James E. Connors, 60, of Marquette died Tuesday afternoon at the Mather Nursing Center in Ishpeming.

A private family memorial mass will be held next week. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Jim's memory to either the Bay Cliff Health Camp or the Lake Superior Hospice Association.

The Canale-Tonella Funeral Home of Marquette is assisting the family and will release a complete obituary notice later.
