Among the plans outlined by the committee were tree planting, flower planting, general clean-up and citizen awareness and education on ways to beautify the city. Elected co-chairmen of the group were Sally and Bruce Closser, 1049 Allouez Dr., who will coordinate the various committees set up to plan beautification projects.
