July 11 2008 We just finished our first week of camp. Yesterday the main part of the practice was six minutes of live wrestling with fresh partners rotating in on all of the Olympians every minute. It was rough, but we all were able to stop our opponents from scoring on us. This morning we had a little light weightlifting, but the focus was on the afternoon. We had two regular competition matches. I had a wrestler from Uzebekistan and one from Germany. I won both of my matches, and now we have the weekend off to rest and recover.

July 5 2008- This morning we ran Bear Creek for our workout. Bear Creek is

about a 3.5 mile trail with hills and gravel. This was my first time doing

this run, so I didn't really know what to expect.

June 28 2008- This morning we had the cog trail, also know as the incline.

It is a path going up Pike's Peak that is about a mile and a half... A mile

and a half doesn't sound like much, but it's very steep.
