12-3-11 Miami at NMU hockey line chart
December 3, 2011 - Matt Wellens
The Northern Michigan Wildcats host Miami tonight at the Berry Events Center in Game 2 of this two-game series in Marquette. Puck drops at 7:35 p.m.
NMU won 2-1 on Friday with goal by Jake Baker in the third period.
The game winning goal was originally awarded to Tyler Gron, then to Brian Nugent and finally Jake Baker.
It could be changed to Dave Danis for all we know by the end of tonight.
Defenseman Wade Epp, Scott Macaulay and Kyle Follmer are all back in the lineup tonight after sitting out Friday due to a one-game suspension stemming from game disqualifications after a Nov. 19 game against Michigan State.
Austin Handley will remain in the line up as a defenseman tonight, giving C.J. Ludwig a rest.
D.J. Vandecook will make his second career appearance as well after getting his first bit of ice time on Friday. Ryan Kesti returns to his role as a forward.
Jake Johnson also is stepping into the lineup tonight.
