MARQUETTE — The Northern Michigan University hockey team squares off against Ohio State at 7:05 p.m. tonight in Game 2 of the two-game series in Columbus.

OSU topped NMU 2-0 on Friday night via a turnover and power play goal.

The Buckeyes and Wildcats meet again in Marquette in January.

Note that sophomore forward Reed Seckel is out of the Wildcats lineup tonight with an injury. Senior forward Matt Thurber was also suspended for tonight’s game by the CCHA for his hit 54 seconds into Friday’s game. Thurber was called for contact to the head, given a five minute major and a game misconduct.
