What is the best pregame meal ever?

“Whole wheat spaghetti with marinara sauce and chicken breasts, with a coffee.”

What is your biggest superstition?

“I’ve got a bunch of little ones. Just, all my gear has to be the same. It can’t have anything go wrong. It always has to be the same — stick tape, wax, everything. It has to be the same.”

In head coach Walt Kyle’s words: “A late recruit but a guy we’re really happy to get. He’s a little bit undersized, but a solid a solid kid out of Alberta. He played for a great program in Fort McMurray. He’s a guy that scored goals all his life. He gets around the net, gets greasy goals. Good shot. Good playmaker. We really stole a guy here.”
