City does good work taking care of snow
To the Journal editor:
I just couldn’t let Don Potvin’s guest columnist editorial quietly slide into my memory as I glance out my window and see yet another truck hauling snow away from what I can only assume to be another full day of cutting back snow banks. I’m disappointed that you have the gall to complain, Don. I have spoken to many, many Marquette residents that only blame Mother Nature for the inconveniences we are facing this winter. I can’t imagine what this is costing the city and I should hope no one else is badgering the city officials with unwarranted belly aching.
Of course, I am blessed with a diligent neighbor that keeps my driveway clear from the multiple plow passes on East Fair.
