To the Journal editor:
A week or so ago, my wife and I were having lunch at Hudsons. Two young gentlemen came to our table and thanked me for my service.
They said both of their grandfathers had served in the military and told us our lunch was paid for. We thanked them both so very much. We learned later one was Jarrett, a server at Hudson’s, and his friend, Matthew.
It is so very nice in today’s world to see our young have such respect for our military and what so many have sacrificed their lives for.
Again we want to thank them both so very much for their kindness.
