Gas prices in area just don’t add up

To the Journal editor:

Ever notice how quickly some of our local gas stations raise the price of gasoline?

They often blame the cost of crude or a refinery problem somewhere in the country for the increase.

But when the price of crude falls dramatically, and or the refinery comes back on line, they lower the price ever so slowly!

In my opinion, this slow reduction is a deliberate action to take advantage of their customers!
