Appearing for arraignment May 10:

≤ Kylie Deann Airaudi, 23, of 224 Midway Drive, Negaunee Township, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy, a 10-year felony. The charge stems from a June 15 incident in Negaunee Township. Airaudi was scheduled to be sentenced June 29.

≤ Nickolas Michael Birney, 38, of 296 E. M-35, Gwinn, pleaded guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon, felonious assault, a four-year felony. Birney also received a habitual offender, third-offense notice in relation to the charge, which stems from a Oct. 16, 2016, incident in Forsyth Township. Birney was scheduled to be sentenced June 29.

≤ Brittany Spring Hoxie, 29, of 362 Taylor Road, Gwinn, pleaded guilty to one count of jails — prisoner possessing contraband, a five-year felony. The charge stems from a March 13 incident in Marquette. Hoxie was scheduled to be sentenced June 29.

≤ Patrick Kyle Raines, 29, of Marquette, pleaded guilty to one count of lying to a peace officer — four year or more crime investigation. The charge stems from a March 16 incident in Marquette. Raines was scheduled to be sentenced June 29.

≤ Rebecca Ann Denny, 34, of 120 Bancroft St., Ishpeming, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance — ecstasy, second or subsequent offense notice. The charge stems from a March 27 incident in Marquette. Denny was scheduled to be sentenced June 6.

≤ Michelle Lea Fetterhoff, 25, of 2050 Wright St., pleaded guilty to controlled substance — use, a one-year misdemeanor. The charge stems from a March 17 incident in Marquette. No sentencing date has been set at this time.

≤ Gavin Thomas Johnston, 19, of N5415 Carney Lake Road, Iron Mountain, pleaded guilty to one count of weapons, firearms — receiving and concealing, a 10-year felony. The charge stems from an Aug. 20 incident in Republic Township. Johnston was scheduled to be sentenced July 13.

≤ Benjamin Thomas Rose, 37, of 478 S. M-553, pleaded guilty to one count of motor vehicle — unlawful use, a two-year misdemeanor. The charge stems from a June 8 incident in Marquette. Rose was scheduled to be sentenced July 13.

≤ Benjamin Thomas Rose, 37, of 304 W. Bluff St., Marquette, pleaded guilty to one count of larceny in a building, a four-year felony. The charge stems from a March 17 incident in Chocolay Township. Rose was scheduled to be sentenced July 13.

≤ Erik Christopher Small, 43, of 805 Clark St., Marquette, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance — possession of ecstasy, a 10-year felony. The charge stems from an Aug. 11, 2016, incident in Powell Township. Small was scheduled to be sentenced July 13.

≤ Jordan Thomas Vanleberghe, 18, of 300 Ford Road, Marquette, pleaded guilty to one count of larceny in a building, a four-year felony. The charge stems from a March 20 incident in Marquette.

Appearing for arraignment May 18:

≤ Earnest Michael Curtis, 39, of 1955 Freedom Drive, Marquette, pleaded guilty to one count of sex offenders, failure to comply with registration act, a four-year felony. The charge stems from a Feb. 14 incident in Chocolay Township. Curtis was scheduled to be sentenced July 20.

≤ Jesslyn Field, 19, of 247 Kawbawgam Road, Marquette, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, a 10-year felony. The charge stems from a May 1 incident in Chocolay Township. Field was scheduled to be sentenced July 20.

≤ Robert James Nancarrow, 37, of 1821 West Fair, Marquette, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy, a 10-year felony. The charge stems from a March 16 incident in Marquette. Nancarrow was scheduled to be sentenced July 20.

Appearing for arraignment May 25:

≤ Timothy John Alexander, 39, of 405 Sunnybrook Road in Marquette, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated, third offense notice, a felony punishable by one to five years in prison. The charge stems from a March 10 incident in Richmond Township. Alexander was scheduled to be sentenced July 27.
