Appearing for arraignment May 25:

≤ Dominic Justin Florio, 18, of 300 E. Case St., Negaunee, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal sexual conduct, second degree assault, a five-year felony. The charge stems from a Feb. 10, 2017, incident in Powell Township. Florio also pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance, possession, a two-year felony. The charge stems from an Oct. 21 incident in Marquette. Florio was scheduled to be sentenced July 27.

≤ John Bradley Negilski, 34, no address listed, pleaded guilty to one count of sex offenders, failure to comply with reporting duties, a two-year high court misdemeanor. The charge stems from a Nov. 7 incident in Ishpeming. Negilski was scheduled to be sentenced July 27.

≤ Deryk Edward-Lee Passamani, 22, of 224 Midway Drive, Negaunee Township, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance — possession of ecstasy, a 10-year felony. The charge stems from a June 15 incident in Negaunee Township. Passamani was scheduled to be sentenced July 27.

≤ Ian Joseph Thomas, 31, of 802 Bluff St., Marquette, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance possession, cocaine, heroin, or another narcotic, less than 25 grams, habitual offender, second offense notice, a four-year felony. Thomas was scheduled to be sentenced July 27.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing May 3:

≤ Jason Noguess, 27, of 424 Quarry Road, Marquette, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Noguess pleaded guilty Feb. 23 to one count of sex offender — fail to comply.

≤ Cody Michael Renfroe, 20, of 35 E. Jack Pine, Gwinn, was sentenced to 360 days in jail, with credit for 99 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $258. Renfroe pleaded guilty Feb. 23 to larceny in a building.

≤ Cody Michael Renfroe, 20, of 35 E. Jack Pine, Gwinn, was sentenced to 360 days in jail, with credit for 99 days served, to be served consecutively to Renfroe’s other sentence. Renfroe was ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Renfroe pleaded guilty Feb. 23 to larceny in a building.

≤ Robin Blaise Reed, 56, of 160 M-553, Gwinn, was sentenced to 30 days in jail, with credit for seven days served and remaining balance of jail time deferred, given 12 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Reed pleaded guilty Feb. 16 to driving, reckless.

≤ Steven Jon Williams, 33, of 245 Fisher St., Marquette, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, with credit for 14 days served, with remaining balance of jail suspended, given 12 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,891. Williams pleaded guilty Feb. 23 to larceny, more than $200 but less than $1,000 and one count of malicious destruction of a building.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing May 11:

≤ Steven Anthony Adams, 29, of 110 Albatross St., Gwinn was sentenced to 360 days in jail, with credit for 127 days served and balance of jail time deferred, given 24 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Adams pleaded guilty Feb. 23 to one count of domestic violence, third offense notice.

≤ John Patrick Alexander, 40, of 7870 County Road 550, was sentenced to 360 days jail, with credit for 101 days served, given 12 months probation and ordered to pay $598 in fines and costs. Alexander pleaded guilty March 9 to one count of sex offender, fail to register.

≤ Aaron Andrew-Paul Cole, 29, of 2353 Cherry St., Marquette, was sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for 62 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Cole pleaded guilty Dec. 15 to weapons — carry concealed.

≤ Ryan Jeffrey Converse, 32, of 1490 Hickory St., Ishpeming, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, with credit for seven days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $398. Converse pleaded guilty Feb. 23 to one count of controlled substance delivery/manufacture, schedule 4.

≤ Dennes William Emanuelson, 39, of 34242 County Road 581, Ishpeming, was sentenced to serve 16 months to 10 years in prison, with credit for 108 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Emanuelson pleaded no contest March 2 to one count of assault with intent to do great bodily harm, less than murder.

≤ Daniel John Juchemich, 73, of 250 Water St., Negaunee, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, with credit for three days served, given 12 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $458. Juchemich pleaded no contest Feb. 23 to one count of assault with a weapon, felonious assault.

≤ Dustin Andrew Kellar, 32, of 650 S. Vandenboom, Marquette, was sentenced to 240 days in jail, with credit for 43 days served. Kellar pleaded guilty March 9 to police officer assault/resist.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing May 17:

≤ Keith Bonner, 24, of 1960 U.S. 41 South, Marquette Branch Prison, Marquette, was sentenced to one to two years in prison and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Bonner pleaded guilty Sept. 13 to one count of aggravated indecent exposure.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing May 18:

≤ Mark Alan Starrine, 41, of 1128 S. Pine St., Ishpeming, was sentenced to 330 days in jail, with credit for 23 days served and 240 days to be served upfront, 60 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Starrine pleaded no contest Feb. 2. to one count of criminal sexual conduct, fourth degree, incapacitated victim.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing May 25:

≤ Brad Scott Beaman, 22, of 11505 County Road 476, Ishpeming, was sentenced to 122 days in jail, with credit for 122 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $180. Beaman pleaded no contest March 16 to stalking.

≤ Timothy John Alexander, 39, of 405 Sunnybrook Road, Marquette, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, with credit for 77 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $248. Alexander pleaded guilty March 9 to one count of weapons, dangerous, miscellaneous, and failure to use due care when passing.

≤ Tyler Michael Howard, 25, of P.O. Box 619, Ishpeming, was sentenced to 360 days in jail with credit for 244 days served, given 24 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $858. Howard pleaded no contest March 16 to one count of operating under the influence, causing incapacitating injury.
