ISHPEMING — Wilderness Sports is celebrating its grand opening through Saturday. Owners Thomas and Marsha Larmour recently bought the store at 107 E. Division St. from former owner Don Kiiskila, who operated the business as Don’s Sporting Goods. “We are a service-oriented business,” said Larmour, who is an avid outdoorsman. “If we don’t have something, we can usually order it for you.” Patrons can stop in and register for the grand opening giveaway, which will be the winner’s choice of a 20-gauge double-barrel shotgun or two sets of cross country skiis. Wilderness Sports is a full-service sporting goods shop specializing in fishing, hunting, skiing, archery, baseball, hockey and other team sports.
