GWINN — Dr. C.E. Walters, a well known Minnesota physician and surgeon, has arrived at Gwinn to become associated with Dr. R.A. Burke, of Palmer, who has extended his practice to the Swansey range since the Cleveland-Cliffs Iron company’s hospital at Gwinn was closed and Dr. D.R. MacIntyre transferred to Negaunee. Dr. Walters will be in charge of the Gwinn district for Dr. Burke and, as he has had considerable experience in a mining community, he will be able to take immediate charge of Dr. Burke’s office there. Dr. Walters, who is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, is married and has two children, both of whom are attending high school.
