≤ 11 p.m., female recorded what she thought was something on fire on the horizon around 30 minutes prior, video reviewed by officers, officers made contact at Coast Guard Station, video reviewed by Coast Guard and transferred over to Coast Guard, 2500 block North Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 11:15 p.m., subjects having a bonfire on the beach, put out, subjects moved along, 500 block Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 11:43 p.m., emergency medical services assist, subject keeps activating lifeline, assistance given, 400 block West Hampton Street
