≤ 2:46 p.m., report of loiterers hanging outside business, subject sleeping in sleeping bag on bench outside store front, trespass order issued, 1000 block North Third Street

≤ 9:16 p.m., caller reports that a male subject was observed with his hand on caller’s passenger side door handle when she walked out of the store, subject sat in a vehicle near the callers, older gentleman who mistakenly went to wrong car, 1100 block West Washington Street

≤ 9:33 p.m., caller was advised to call regarding zoning complaint with neighbor making furniture in garage, she was advised to stop if she was in violation of zoning ordinance, she denied violation, 400 block Crescent Street

≤ 10:32 p.m. report of two subjects shooting paintballs at house and then running off, suspect vehicle stopped after another complaint that a subject was struck by paintball shot out of vehicle, driver and passenger arrested for assault, 1300 block Presque Isle Avenue
