≤ 9:21 a.m., vagrant set up camp, gone on arrival. Items will be dropped off at Warming Center. Contact made with subject and trespass letter issued. 1000 block North Third Street

≤ 9:23 a.m., traffic detail, Neidhart Avenue near Clark Street

≤ 9:28 a.m., assist disabled vehicle in traffic, pushed out of traffic, wrecker enroute, Presque Isle Avenue near Kaye Avenue

≤ 9:56 a.m., traffic detail, Kildahl Avenue near McClellan Avenue

≤ 10:16 a.m., lockout, opened, 200 block West Spring Street

≤ 10:30 a.m., 400 block West Washington Street

≤ 11:04 a.m., fireworks, possibly bottle rockets. Spoke with homeless male subject. 400 block West Washington Street

≤ 11:30 a.m., DWL arrest, Sugar Loaf Avenue near Clark Street

≤ 11:39 a.m.,, abandoned vehicle, OK, commuter per Medical Center, 1400 block West Fair Avenue

≤ 11:54 a.m., bicycle discovered to be missing, 1200 block North Third Street

≤ 12:03 p.m., looking for advice on enforcement of custody agreement with ex-wife, 1100 block High Street

≤ 12:14 p.m., abandoned vehicle. Not abandoned, owner just moved in. Spoke with owner regarding moving vehicle. 500 block Hillside Drive

≤ 12:17 p.m., tables and chairs blocking sidewalk. Unfounded. 1100 block North Third Street

≤ 12:41 p.m., lockout of residence, officer able to get in, 100 block East Park Street

≤ 12:48 p.m., civil information regarding child custody, at station

≤ 1:21 p.m., non-traffic accident, 100 block West Spring Street

≤ 1:52 p.m., subjects stole items from business then tried to return for cash, 100 block West Washington Street

≤ 2:18 p.m., lockout, opened, 1100 block West Washington Street

≤ 2:45 p.m., warrant authorized, at station

≤ 2:49 p.m., 911 call. All OK. 1200 block West Washington Street

≤ 2:58 p.m., two intoxicated homeless subjects cited for open intoxicants, 400 block West Washington Street

≤ 4:03 p.m., cell phone account opened up in caller’s name, 1900 block Neidhart Avenue

≤ 4:11 p.m., well-being check on friend, officer contacted, she’s fine. 300 block Pine Street

≤ 4:45 p.m., operating under influence of drugs arrest, Grove Street near McClellan Avenue

≤ 5:27 p.m., non-traffic accident, 1600 block South Front Street

≤ 5:32 p.m., lockout, opened, 200 block Meeske Avenue

≤ 6:29 p.m., verbal domestic, 1200 block Gray Street

≤ 11:09 p.m., missing juvenile found, returned to his mother, West College Avenue near Hebard Court

≤ 11:58 p.m., suspicious vehicle driving around park, area checked, unable to locate
