≤ 9:49 p.m., patient reported assault, report taken several days earlier, 500 block College Avenue

≤ 9:50 p.m., alarm, contact person notified, 300 Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 9:52 p.m., property inspection, 400 block West Washington Street

≤ 10:45 p.m., traffic stop, arrest for no insurance, Lakeshore Boulevard near East Fair Avenue

≤ 11:45 p.m., stray dog, owner located and reunited, 1300 block High Street


≤ 1:33 a.m., be-on-the-lookout put out for someone riding a bicycle in the street and pulling a trailer with a child in it with no lights and hard to see, caller concerned they would be hit by vehicle, officer located bicyclist, who had a light on the front but nothing on the trailer, south Marquette

≤ 5:30 a.m., wallet found, 300 block West Baraga Avenue

≤ 8:16 a.m., car vs. mailbox accident, 1200 block Pioneer Road

≤ 9:31 a.m., driving complaint. Be on lookout aired for suspect truck. Claims driver swerved toward complainant. Officer spoke with driver. Driver claims complainant was in the roadway and punched his vehicle when he drove by. Presque Isle Park.

≤ 9:40 a.m., alarm, false, 100 block West Spring Street

≤ 10:47 a.m., vehicle blocking sidewalk. Owner of vehicle present, warned. 200 block West Ohio Street

≤ 11:18 a.m., alarm as employees arrived at work. Believed to be due to problems with the storm last night. 300 block Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 11:27 a.m., garbage in roadway, being picked up by road commission. U.S. 41 near Tonti Road

≤ 11:49 a.m., suspicious male looking in vehicles. Officer made contact. No intention. Division Street near Mesnard Street

≤ 12:33 p.m., vehicle booted, fines paid, boot removed, 100 block West Bluff Street alley

≤ 12:42 p.m., disabled vehicle in traffic, owner called wrecker, Washington Street near Rublein Street

≤ 12:45 p.m., attempt to locate suspect in Forsyth Township warrant, no one answered the door, 1900 block Presque Isle Avenue

≤ 1:02 p.m., well-being check, 300 block Whetstone Road

≤ 1:10 p.m., property owner claims tenant intentionally damaging his property, unfounded, 200 block West Ridge Street

≤ 1:52 p.m., complaint of vehicles parking on the corner. Not in violation. South Seventh Street near Rock Street

≤ 1:55 p.m., request for extra checks at intersection for stop sign violations, Blemhuber Avenue near Adams Street

≤ 2:09 p.m., lockout, opened, 400 block Pine Street

≤ 2:37 p.m., found boulders in yard, nothing suspicious, 1100 block Tonti Road

≤ 3:06 p.m., complaint of speeders in area all hours of the day, 800 block South Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 3:09 p.m., unwanted raccoon, Animal Control Officer will monitor, Presque Isle Park

≤ 3:27 p.m., non-traffic accident, 1100 block West Washington Street

≤ 6 p.m., vehicle lockout, opened, 2100 block U.S. 41

≤ 6:42 p.m., report of dogs in distress inside vehicle, patrol checked, all OK, Lakeshore Boulevard near Michigan Street

≤ 8 p.m., traffic detail, Magnetic Street near Norway Avenue

≤ 8 p.m., report of possibly sick nuisance raccoon, raccoon was large and fat, not sick, OK, Peter White Drive

≤ 8:45 p.m., report of unwanted intoxicated female. Subject had rental storage unit which had been double locked due to non-payment of rent for unit. Subject permitted to remove purse from unit. Issued a trespass letter. Once she pays in full for rental, she can remove her property with police officer standby. She was moved on from property. 1100 block U.S. 41 West

≤ 9:28 p.m., barking dog. No one home. Business card left by officer. 500 block Norwood Street

≤ 10:33 p.m., domestic disturbance, no assault. Male was mad and punched the windshield of his own vehicle, breaking it. Male ran into woods prior to patrol Arrival. Wright Street near Gray Street

≤ 11:17 p.m., report of disturbance. No domestic/verbal argument. Male subject discovered to be in violation of probation. 2000 block Wright Street

≤ 11:30 p.m., subjects locked in park after hours, released, Peter White Drive

≤ 11:56 p.m., report of loud juveniles, area checked, gone on arrival, Fourth Street near Park Street


≤ 12:31 a.m., report of unwanted intoxicated female, removed from property, 2000 block Presque Isle Avenue

≤ 1:10 a.m., traffic detail, construction zone, U.S. 41 bypass

≤ 5:20 a.m., alarm, set off by delivery driver, all OK, Peter White Drive

≤ 7:50 a.m., traffic detail, Wright Street near Woodridge Avenue

≤ 8:30 a.m., hammock complaint, warned, Presque Isle Park

≤ 9:25 a.m., non-aggravated assault, officer who took original complaint will follow up, 400 block Spruce Street

≤ 9:41 a.m., reports landlord being unreasonable and violating his right to privacy. Advised to contact district court. 200 block West Ridge Street

≤ 10 a.m., monitor traffic in construction zone, U.S. 41 bypass near McClellan Avenue

≤ 10:29 a.m., monitor traffic in construction zone, M-553 near ski hill
