Two groups recognized at NMU wellness fair

The Marquette County Health Department and the Northern Vegans organization tied as winners of the best display at Northern Michigan University’s Wildcat Wellness Health Fair. Exhibits are judged on clarity of health-promoting message; attractiveness of display; interaction with participants; usefulness of take-home materials and encouragement of positive health change. The award honors the memory of Robin Rahoi, former NMU registered dietician.
