Oct. 9

– 9:27 p.m., report of animals fighting in the back yard, deer were in the area, 2000 block Sugarloaf Avenue

– 9:31 p.m., report of subject laying on the bike path, area searched, unable to locate, 200 block South Fifth Street

– 9:35 p.m., caller reports male subject had been urinating on the sidewalk in front of her house, her dog started barking at him and he came in the yard and urinated on her dog, area checked by patrols and public safety, unable to locate, 1100 block Fourth Street

– 10:30 p.m., warrant arrest, supplemental report, 1000 block Jefferson Street

– 11:05 p.m., property inspection, 200 block North Front Street

– 11:09 p.m., report of a possible operating a vehicle while intoxicated about to leave bar, subjects were sitting in vehicle waiting for a ride, 100 block West Baraga Avenue

– 11:57 p.m., property inspection, 1700 block Presque Isle Avenue

– 12:10 a.m., property inspection, 100 block South Third Street

– 1:12 a.m., property inspection, South Marquette Schools

– 1:28 a.m., eight business checks, 200 block West Washington Street

– 2:33 a.m., property inspection, 400 block West Kaye Avenue

– 2:35 a.m., property inspection, 600 block North Front Street

– 2:36 a.m., property inspection, 1200 block West Fair Avenue

– 2:38 a.m., property inspection, 400 block North Sixth Street

– 3:10 a.m., report of disorderly subjects in the area, one arrest for drunk and disorderly/resisting, Wilkinson Avenue

– 5:30 a.m., eight property inspections, 1100 block North Third Street

– 6:07 a.m., traffic detail, U.S. 41 South

– 7:07 a.m., injured deer in the roadway, U.S. 41 South

– 8:13 a.m., property check at school, 1200 block West Fair Avenue

– 8:32 a.m., property inspection, 1100 block Erie Avenue

– 9:12 a.m., report of a subject trying to break into an ATM, officer contact made with subject, he is the owner of the multiple ATMs in the area and was working on it, 200 block North Front Street

– 10:19 a.m., vehicle damaged by two individuals walking across the hood, 100 block Lakeshore Boulevard

– 10:27 a.m., harassment complaint, 300 block West Wright Place

– 10:45 a.m., report of vehicle in parking lot for over a month, belongs to a current resident, all clear, 1600 block Mill Creek Court

– 11:42 a.m., officer assistance with semi-truck driver exiting parking lot and back onto traffic, officer traffic monitoring and assistance given, U.S. 41 West
