≤ 1:51 p.m., dog running loose on beach, unfounded, 800 block South Lake Street

≤ 1:56 p.m., intoxicated male in roadway, unable to locate, Washington Street near Seventh Street

≤ 2:20 p.m., dog left in car over an hour, contact made with owner, OK, 200 block West Spring Street

≤ 2:57 p.m., vehicle parked in private spot, booted for unpaid fines. Fines paid, boot removed. 100 block South Front Street

≤ 3:05 p.m., lockout, opened, 1200 block High Street

≤ 3:10 p.m., sunglasses stolen, 1400 block West Fair Avenue

≤ 3:19 p.m., neighbor at rental came over fence line and cut trees down. Left them lying on the property. Will call back to have it addressed by officer if they are not cleaned up. Advised civil. 100 block West Arch Street

≤ 3:47 p.m., female calling for help. Drank something and felt sick. Homeless. Moved along. 1300 block North Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 6:50 p.m., warrant arrest for retail fraud, at station

≤ 7:55 p.m., young female reports receiving text messages from a male threatening to harm himself. Has not heard from him since. The male has been at camp in Wisconsin. Parents will check status. Reported at station

≤ 8 p.m., report of a male subject wearing a dress and carrying a doll knocking on doors at apartment building. Taken home by patrol. Parents spoken to. 1900 block Presque Isle Avenue

≤ 8:05 p.m., report of a vehicle with no license plate parked in street. Owner will move vehicle back into driveway. 400 block Ohio Street

≤ 8:27 p.m., report of a husky dog running loose in area. Unable to locate. 200 block North Lakeshore Boulevard
