Board of Zoning Appeals special

MARQUETTE — The Marquette Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a special meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Commission Chambers of City Hall to hear the following the following request:

≤ 213 N. Front Street (PIN: 0150310): Paul and Colleen Balconi are seeking a 4-foot 3-in projection and a 11-inch projection to common lot line variances which are building form standard variances from the City of Marquette Zoning Ordinance to allow for the construction of deck and balcony structures located at 213 N. Front Street. The ordinance states for Building Projections that balconies and stoops shall not project closer than 5 feet to a common lot line. The proposed deck and balcony structures are 9-inches from the south common lot line and 4-foot 1-inch from the north common lot line.
