High school grads to be surveyed

MARQUETTE – Marquette and Alger County 2015 high school graduates Career and Technical Education Program in high school or their parents will be contacted via a telephone survey.

The survey, which will include about 250 graduates, will compile information about the student’s post-graduation training and employment status. It will be completed during February, March and April.

Included in the survey – being conducted by the Marquette-Alger Regional Education Services Agency – will be graduates from Gwinn, Ishpeming, Marquette, Munising, Negaunee, NICE and Superior Central high schools.

The survey is required for Marquette-Alger schools to be eligible to receive state and federal funds that support Career and Technical Education Programs and it provides data to use for program improvement.
