Speakers address the HarborFest Gala crowd at the Mattson Lower Harbor Park in Marquette Thursday night. The Marquette Rotary West gathering, which included cocktails, dinner, auctions and bucket drawings, is the opening event of a weekend of activities at the Lower Harbor Park including food and music.
