MARQUETTE — Kaufman Auditorium, in partnership with Second Skin Shop, present Marquette’s ninth annual Nutcracker Ballet at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. Dec. 1 at Kaufman Auditorium.

Begin the holiday season with this classic and seasonal family-friendly ballet. Join Clara and the Nutcracker as they battle the Rat King and Rat Queen, and embark on a magical journey through the Land of Sweets to meet the lovely Sugar Plum Fairy. In addition children and adult dancers from Marquette and the surrounding areas, this year features special guests Ella and Ben Filipowicz as Mama and Papa Stahlbaum, and State Rep.
