MARQUETTE — Lake Superior Life Care and Hospice will be holding its 2018 Summer Memorial Service at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Presque Isle Pavilion in Marquette.

This service is open to anyone in the community who has lost a loved one and would like to honor and celebrate the memory of that loved one. Gathering with others who have suffered a similar loss offers healing, encouragement, and a reminder that we are not alone in bearing our grief.

The event allows those attending the opportunity to participate in a meaningful event that includes music, prayer, and a bell-ringing ceremony. A reception will immediately follow the service with light refreshments and sweet treats.
