Iraq journey — Jim and Martha Hayward traveled to Iraq from mid-January to mid-February to participate in training in speaking English and some dental education to professionals and others in the religious and educational city of Najaf in southern Iraq. They experienced the people, their culture and historical sites while in Iraq. They will be doing a presentation of their travels at Immanuel Lutheran Church at 9:30 a.m. during the church’s coffee-time. Everyone is invited to come to see and hear what the Haywards experienced of the Iraqi people. The presentnation will be held in the Fellowship Hall at the church which is located along U.S. 41 and Baldwin Avenue in Negaunee.
