Y programs start Monday

MARQUETTE — The Y of Marquette County offers a variety of opportunity for children and teens to learn, grow and thrive during its upcoming programs session.

Not only does the Y offer programs ranging from gymnastics to lacrosse but it provides an environment where kids can build self-esteem, confidence and strength, while learning the importance of teamwork. Kids will be in a nurturing environment where their goals will not only be set but be met.

The YMCA of Marquette County Fall programs will be starting next week and will continue until Oct. 28. Registration is now open to everyone.

Youth and adult programs include Just Keep Playing, After School Fit Club, Take the next Step and the Morning Grind. The Y has TRX suspension training for beginners and more advanced participants. For more information on these programs and more, see the YMCA’s Fall program guide. Members and non-members can register online at www.ymcamqt.org or call the YMCA of Marquette County 906-227-9622.
