Suicide prevention — The Gwinn Teen Clinic’s Youth Advisory Council is sponsoring the fifth annual P.S. I Love You Suicide Prevention Walk. Registration is free. The walk begins at 10 a.m., with registration starting at 9 a.m. under the canopy at Gwinn High School. The walk will be approximately 1 1/2 miles, with the Gwinn Methodist Church providing water and snacks along the way. Rummage — St. Louis the King Catholic Church in Harvey is hosting a rummage sale. The sale will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the church, 264 Silver Creek Road, Harvey.

Life Walk — The Care Clinic will hold its 14th annual Life Walk fundraiser at Mattson Lower Harbor Park. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. and the walk begins at 10 a.m. All are welcome to participate and raise pledges. Participation can be as individuals or as a team. Tai Chi — An introductory workshop to Tai Chi Chuan will be held from 9:30 a.m. to noon at the Marquette Hope Connection Center, 927 W. Fair Ave., Marquette. No prior experience is needed. This workshop is sponsored by The Cedar Tree Institute, a nonprofit organization that provides services and initiates projects in the areas of mental health, religion, and the environment.
