Blood drive — The U.P. Regional Blood Center, a service of UP Health System-Marquette, will have a blood drive at Marquette County Medical Care Facility, Ishpeming, from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. with the bloodmobile. For an appointment call Sherri Hewitt at 204-1014.

Storytime, exercise — The Negaunee Public Library is offering a storytime and exercise program each month. Tonya Marra Allen, a local fitness coach, will present her fun “Let’s Get Moving at the Library!” program at 4:30 p.m. on the first Thursday of each month. This program is for children ages 3-8 years.

Diabetes support — group meeting from 5-7 p.m. at the Upper Peninsula Children’s Museum for parents of children living with type 1 diabetes. The group will be meeting every third Thursday of the month. Parents will have a chance to meet and discuss issues, concerns, and get advice from other parents who may be going through similar situations with their children. Snacks will be served.
