MARQUETTE CIRCUIT COURT

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing on Feb. 2:

– Todd Bartczak, 67, of 100 Banshee in Gwinn, was sentenced to 360 days jail, deferred with credit for one day served, given 60 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $458. Bartczak pleaded guilty Nov. 27 to one count of child sexually abusive material, possession.

– Tory David Chiconsky, 45, of 1906 East 1st St. in Little Lake, was sentenced to 360 days jail with credit for 25 days served, given 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,298. Chiconsky pleaded guilty Dec. 1 to one count of operating while intoxicated, OUIL/per se, third offense notice.

– Patricia Lynn Davis, 62, of 133 Vigilante St. in Gwinn, was sentenced to 40 days jail with credit for 40 days served, given 24 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $858. Davis pleaded guilty Dec. 1 to one count of weapons — firearms, discharge at or in a building.

– Jami Lee Foy, 38, of 79 North Pearce St. in Gwinn, was sentenced to 180 days jail with credit for 29 days served, 60 days upfront, balance deferred, given 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Foy pleaded no contest Dec. 1 to one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, felonious assault.

– Leonard Charles Hanson, 32, of 905 Patriot St. in Ishpeming, was sentenced to 360 days jail, with credit for 79 days served, given 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $858. Hanson pleaded guilty Dec. 6 to one count of police officer — assaulting/resisting/obstructing.

– Nathan James Knotek, 32, of 40 Stonegate Drive in Marquette, was sentenced to a year in jail with credit for 210 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Knotek pleaded guilty Dec. 1 to possession of controlled substance/analogues, second of subsequent offense notice, double penalty, felony.

Appearing for arraignment Feb. 2:

– Mark Starrine, 41, of 1138 S. Pine St. in Ishpeming, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal sexual conduct, fourth degree, incapacitated victim, a high court misdemeanor, punishable by two years jail and/or $500. The charge stems from an Aug. 18 incident in Ishpeming.
