The Iron Mountain Music Jams are held the last Saturday of the month at the Crystal Lake Senior Center from 1-4 p.m. This is an acoustic jam and welcomes players from all levels. There is no fee and listeners are welcome. The upcoming jams will be Friday.

Every second Tuesday of each month — The Marquette Arts and Culture Center will host its Gallery Tour at 12:30 p.m. at the center, located at the Peter White Public Library. The Arts and Culture Center Manager Tiina Harris will guide guests on a free tour of the SmallWorks and Main Gallery. Everyone is invited.

Dec. 1, 6-9 p.m., 7th annual ‘Winter Snow Fun’ Holiday Parade and 42nd annual City of Marquette Tree Lighting; parade begins at the corner of North Third Street and Fair Avenue and ends at the Marquette Commons where Santa Claus and friends will light up Downtown.
