Chamber Chat: ‘Vegas Comes to Ishpeming’ scheduled for Saturday

Get ready to Luau! On Saturday, the Greater Ishpeming-Negaunee Area Chamber of Commerce will host, “Vegas Comes to Ishpeming,” presented by UP Health System-Bell, at River Rock Lanes and Banquet Center, 1011 North Road, Ishpeming.

Tickets include appetizers, all the gaming your heart desires (risk-free!), and plenty of chances at winning the over 20 raffle prizes! Cash bar will be available, as well. In addition, we’ll also have two 50/50 drawings at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m., and the Grand Prize giveaway at 10 p.m.

And the theme? Tacky Luau! Come in your tackiest Hawaiian print shirts, your grass skirts, and don’t forget your leis! We’ll have a special prize for the guest with the tackiest Luau outfit!

This event will run from 7-10 p.m. and will feature casino style games like black jack, roulette and three-card poker, along with side games such as golf, bowling and billiards. And if you’re looking to unwind, there will also be a spa, featuring mini-manicures, mini-pedicures and mini-massages, courtesy of Native Nails Salon, and free jewelry cleanings by Wattsson & Wattsson Jewelers.
