GINCC office has new look
The Greater Ishpeming-Negaunee Area Chamber of Commerce has a new look! So many wonderful changes are taking place, and we hope you’re as excited about them as we are.
In June, we updated our logo. Check it out on our Facebook Page! In July, gained our treasured Chief Volunteer Debra Williams. In August, I became the new executive director of GINCC. In October, Gabi Kautz of Ishpeming joined the GINCC team as communications & marketing assistant.
In addition to the GINCC staff changes, the chamber also has a new look! The lobby area and conference room received replacement furniture, courtesy of the downtown Ishpeming mBank. Existing furniture was repaired and/or spruced up, and reorganized. The whole place received a deep-cleaning and organizing, too. It’s looking incredible!
Now that the chamber looks and feels fresh and bright, staff is looking to update all databases and files. This includes updating all member information. If you are a member of GINCC, we encourage you to go to our website, gincc.org, and click on the “GINCC Member Update Info Form” on the homepage. Fill out this form and send it to email@example.com, or mail it to GINCC – Kelsey Reyes, 910 US HWY 41 W., Ishpeming, MI 49849. Filling out this form will help us update your information seamlessly, and keep the community informed of your business!
For community members, we now have a printable Member Directory on our website that is constantly updated. You can find it at: gincc.org/printable-member-directory/. Keep up to date with West End events and information by viewing our Facebook page, facebook.com/gincc, and by signing up for our weekly e-blasts (you can do this on the website, too).
I encourage you to stop by and experience the chamber the next time you’re in Ishpeming. Take a seat, have a cup of coffee and meet with us — we love company, and we enjoy meeting new and exciting folks! See you soon!
Editor’s note: Kelsey Reyes is the executive director of the Greater Ishpeming-Negaunee Area Chamber of Commerce. She currently resides in Negaunee with her husband, Cody, and son, Holden. She enjoys reading, the outdoors, and spending time with family.
